I attended the Reclaim Your Inner Goddess day retreat with Heather and Monica feeling a bit skeptical, but genuinely wanting to stretch myself. Two circles of friends traveled specifically share an experience again which is quite a testament! Heather and Monica created a deeply safe and supportive container for all of us. They guided the day with a thoughtful balance of structure and spaciousness, encouraging us to share, reflect, and trust our intuition while gently exploring new experiences. I left feeling renewed, inspired, and grateful and hope to join them again.

The Sacred Synchronicity Day Retreat was such a meaningful, deep, and fun retreat on 11/11/25. It was a great addition after completing my 3rd Journey with Heather and Monica. There is obviously a reason that I continue to seek the plant medicine journey and retreats, as I find great meaning, growth, insight and exploration. Each one builds upon the other and continues to evolve. Each time Heather and Monica have provided a safe and trusting environment. Each time I have met such wonderful women. I would highly recommend the Wellness and Wisdom Retreats with Heather Lee and Monica. It is true Soul healing and growth.
